How quickly can you get to me?
Most calls are scheduled the same day or the next day. During peak season — Winter and Summer— we book fast. The best way to guarantee a spot is to call/text us directly at 540-580-7953 or schedule online.
Do you charge to come out and diagnose the problem?
Yes. Our standard diagnostic fee is $79. Comfort Care Plan members pay $59. That fee goes toward a thorough inspection so we can tell you exactly what’s wrong and what it will cost to fix — before any work starts.
What does it cost to repair or replace my system?
Repairs vary depending on what’s failed. We give you the price upfront before we touch anything — and that price doesn’t change based on how long the job takes or which technician is on it. For replacements, we’ll walk you through options at different price points and can discuss financing through Synchrony if that helps.
Do you service all HVAC brands?
Yes. We work on every brand. We also service boilers, which most HVAC companies in Roanoke won’t touch. Our primary install brands are Heil and Lennox, but if you have something else, call us — we can handle it.
